About Aimee Campbell

I believe building a trusting relationships is essential component of our counseling relationship. I will help you feel comfortable by providing a a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential setting. Together we develop goals for counseling and I will work with you to remain focused on these goals while also providing flexibility for you to process life stressors. While working with children and adolescents I keep parents informed with regular updates with the child present. I will also provide parents with strategies and suggestions to work on outside of counseling. sessions.

While remaining warm and compassionate, I am also transparent. Whether you are a child, adolescent, or adult I will challenge your thinking patterns while helping you process situations. My clients often report that they like knowing their goals and remaining on task rather than getting distracted with small events that have occurred in week. Teenagers value my ability to balance confidentiality while keeping parents informed.

For children and adolescents I often utilize activities during counseling sessions. I find activities help to work through concepts and processing while building new skills. Activities may include a variety of toys, art, board games, puzzles, challenges, etc. Parents are always well informed as the purpose of each activity.

I work with Children, Adolescents, and Adults. Individual, Groups, and Workshops
